We want our friends to rest assured that we always take the necessary precautions to establish clean practices.

To our valued Customers with regard to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak,

There is no higher priority to our entire Prestige family than the safety of our customers and employees. We are in contact with medical professionals and are monitoring the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website, the World Health Organization (WHO) website, and government agency websites to stay on top of this evolving situation. We are making sure that our team members are practicing the proper steps as outlined by the CDC to protect themselves from both contracting or spreading the virus, with a strict rule to stay home from work if displaying any cold or flu symptoms.

We want you to feel confident when hosting your event at The Prestige Banquet Hall. As the concern continues to grow for the coronavirus, we want our friends to rest assured that we always take the necessary precautions to establish clean practices before, during and after each event. Our team cleans then sanitizes each area of the hall including, but not limited to; our dishes, linens, doorknobs, bathrooms, and common areas. How long can the virus last on surfaces? Current evidence suggests that coronavirus may remain viable for hours to days on surfaces made from a variety of materials.
How is the virus transmitted? Transmission of the virus occurs much more commonly through respiratory droplets than through clothes, utensils, or furniture.

Why do we clean and then sanitize?

  • Cleaning refers to the removal of germs, dirt, and impurities from surfaces. Cleaning does not kill germs, but by removing them, it lowers their numbers and the risk of spreading infection.
  • Sanitize refers to using chemicals to kill germs on surfaces. This process does not necessarily clean dirty surfaces or remove germs, but by killing germs on a surface after cleaning, it can further lower the risk of spreading infection.
